SOFTWARE RETURN POLICY
Unopened software: Trinity Software Distribution will accept returns of UNOPENED software as long as the product is returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The software must be in the original condition and must not be damaged in any way. The product must include the product key codes.
Defective Software: Defective software may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a replacement only.
Opened/Used Software: We DO NOT accept returns on Opened/Used Software unless the product is defective.
Trinity Software Distribution reserves the right to deny the return of any product we deem tampered with at our discretion.
